Concrete Delivery RFP

Tualatin Valley Water District (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide on-call concrete delivery for prevailing wage projects in the District’s service area in and around Washington County, Oregon, under a one-year contract that can be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods.  District intends to select two contractors but reserves the option to award a single contract or multiple contracts.  Interested contractors must submit proposals.

Proposers need not be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.  Proposers need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including the specifications, are available at https://bidlocker.us/details/3111_Concrete_Delivery (Bid Locker). Before bidders can download the bid documents or submit a bid, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus.  There is no charge to register. 

All proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 19, 2022 (Deadline) to Bid Locker.  Late proposals, hard copy submissions, and submissions via fax or email will not be accepted.  Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email.  Proposals will not be accepted after the specified date and time.  Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud.

Proposers will be notified via email when addenda are published. It is the responsibility of the proposer to obtain all addenda. The District reserves the right to cancel this RFP, reject any and all proposals not in compliance with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including proposer responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the Districts’s finding that it is in the District’s or the public’s best interest to do so. The District reserves the right to waive informalities and to negotiate a contract with the highest scoring proposer. Proposers need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

Proposers will be responsible for all costs associated with preparing a proposal.
