Residential Water Rates
Current rates took effect November 1, 2023 and are reflected below.
TVWD water rates are billed in bi-monthly cycles. There is one fixed water charge for both months.
A typical household residence has a 5/8" water meter. Residences that use more water (larger homes or homes using an above-average amount of irrigation) might have the larger, 3/4" water meter.

*Fixed water charges are fees charged for your water service regardless of the amount of water used
**One CCF = 100 cubic feet or 748 gallons of water
***If more than 28 CCFs of water are used, customers pay more only for the extra water used

Bill Assistance
TVWD carefully manages your water system and your water rates. We understand it can be challenging for some customers to keep up with utility bills, including their water bill.
