Estimated Bill Example B - Overestimated
The attached example includes a copy of the back side from three actual bills. The sample is an account for which the estimate in January was higher than the customer's actual use.
- November 2023 - billed actual meter read 12 CCF (Page 1)
- January 2024 - billed estimated amount of 43 CCF (Page 2)
- March 2024 - True Up Bill (Page 3)
- Estimated bill was higher than the customer's actual use.
- Bill credits 43 CCF billed in March 2023.
- Bill charges for 76 CCF, the amount used between November 2023 read and March 2024 Read.
