Estimated Bill Example A - Underestimated
The attached example includes a copy of the back side from three actual bills. The sample is an account for which the estimate in January was lower than the customer's actual use.
- November 2023 - billed actual meter read 12 CCF (Page 1)
- January 2024 - billed estimated amount of 38 CCF (Page 2)
- March 2024 - True Up Bill (Page 3)
- Estimated bill was lower than actual use.
- Bill credits 38 CCF billed in January 2024.
- Bill charges for 86 CCF, the amount used between November 2023 read and March 2024 read.
