Tualatin Valley Water District intends to award the contract for the purchase of Pipe and Fittings: Schedule A to the lowest responsible Bidder, Consolidated Supply Co., in the amount of $712,896.68.

Tualatin Valley Water District intends to award the contract for the purchase of Pipe and Fittings: Schedule B to the lowest responsible Bidder, Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, in the amount of $109.757.07.

Tualatin Valley Water District intends to award the contract for the purchase of Pipe and Fittings: Schedule C to the lowest responsible Bidder, Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, in the amount of $98,663.74.

Tualatin Valley Water District (District) wishes to purchase Pipe and Fittings (Goods).  Interested vendors must submit bids.

The bidding documents, including the specifications, are available at https://bidlocker.us/details/2825_Pipe_And_Fittings (Bid Locker). Before bidders can download the bid documents or submit a bid, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus.  There is no charge to register. 

All bids must be submitted by Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (Bid Deadline) to Bid Locker.  Late bids, hard copy submissions, and submissions via fax or email will not be accepted.  A public bid opening will be held immediately following the Bid Deadline.  The bid opening will be held via conference call at 971.300.4841, phone conference ID 164 400 60#.

This project is not a public works project and is not subject to Oregon prevailing wage requirements or Federal Davis-Bacon Act requirements.  Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.  District reserves the right to waive informalities and to award a Contract to the qualified lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
