Tualatin Valley Water District ("District") is seeking quotes from experienced and qualified contractors to perform water meter testing, inspection, maintenance and repair services (RFQ).
The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment for providing water meter testing, inspection, maintenance and repairs as outlined in the RFQ. Contractor shall schedule all inspections and provide all permits necessary. All routine work shall be performed during District operating hours. This work is not subject to prevailing wage rates.
Quotes are to be based on fees for services as outlined on the Quote Sheet in Exhibit A. All Bidders are required to complete and sign Exhibit C, Bidder Certifications and Representations.
This quote is for a 1-year term with the potential to extend for 2 more years. Pricing will remain fixed for the first year of the 3-year term. Subsequent annual increases may be approved by the District as long as they represent pricing equal to or less than that charged to customers of similar size.
Quotes are due by 4:00 PM on July 12, 2022.
The RFQ is available from and quotes must be addressed to Scott Page, Tualatin Valley Water District via email: scott@tvwd.org. A contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest responsible bid based on pricing and specifications.
