*Who may subscribe to the Gold Plan?

The Gold Plan subscription program is available for residential customers with backflow assemblies which are easily accessible.  In order to maintain efficiencies and keep costs down with our program, the Gold Plan is not available for commercial customers, home owner associations, or residential customers whose backflow assemblies are difficult to access (in a garage, crawl space, basement, behind locked gates, properties with protective pets, etc.).
