Required Photos for Hydrant "Permits" (not Hydrant Meters)
Customers applying for bulk water access via a Hydrant Permit are required to submit each of the photos below prior to scheduling a truck/tank inspection. If permitting multiple vehicles/tanks, submit photos via e-mail to HydrantPermits@tvwd.org. Be sure to group photos of each vehicle/tank separately.
License plate must be clearly visible in the photo

Photo must clearly show the distance between the bottom of the fill pipe to the top of the spill/overflow rim of the tank is 'at least' twice the diameter of the fill pipe. A tank with a 3" fill pipe, must have an air gap of at least 6"
